| John McLelland, Chairman / CEO Chief Executive Officer Beginning a career in high-tech medical sales in the 1970’s, John McLelland consulted and trained doctors in the use of orthopedic implants and new medical technologies. Within a few years he owned his own distributorship--with his organization being recognized as one of the most effective in the industry. In 1989, Soon after, John launched an international sales force with thousands of representatives that generated millions in revenue and significant residual income. He developed a professional consultant selling system that is still used throughout Asia and other parts of the world. John is currently an owner in a consulting business, offering services to team leaders. He and his wife Ruthanne have been married for over 30 years and have six children. | ![]() |

Bill Rowland, Co-founder
Bill Rowland managed and developed a sales force responsible for 90% of the nationwide revenue at American Business Network— developing and changing the way the dry cleaning industry builds and develops home pick-up and delivery routes.
Bill is currently president of 2020 Companies (www.2020companies.com) recruiting and motivating new management talent and sales forces to improve performance and service to clients. When he arrived, the company was generating $1 million in annual revenue. Bill's efforts have helped the company multiply revenues 100x, creating a family-based corporate culture with emphasis on employee character. His greatest joy is helping change someone’s life for the better.

Richmond Flowers, Co-founder / Director of Sales
While attending The University of Tennessee, Richmond Flowers (Google: Richmond Flowers, Jr.) received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later earned a law degree from The University of Alabama in 1980.
At Tennessee, he was an All American in both football and track. Upon graduation, he played five years in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys (playing in Super Bowl IV) and the New York Giants.
In 2002 he was inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame and the Tennessee sports Hall of Fame in 2005.
Richmond practiced law from 1980 to 1981 with Neal and Harwell in Nashville, Tennesee. He left the practice of law and became a Senior Vice President with REFCO, a futures commission merchant, where he established one of the top sales offices in the U.S.
From 1989 to present Richmond has worked with a NYSE direct sales company where he assisted the company in their growth to more than $1 billion in yearly sales.
Tom Murphy, Advisory Board Chairman
Starting his business career in real estate in Southern California, for more than fourty years Tom Murphy led and trained an office of 20 sales people to national recognition.
Tom then moved his family to Arizona to pursue a dream of real estate development. In 1975 he and his top salesperson from California—Tom Hopkins— started a sales training company, ‘Tom Hopkins International’. Tom Hopkins was the speaker and trainer, and Tom Murphy ran the partnership, the marketing and writing. Over the next 20 years the Tom Hopkins organization grew to be one of the largest sales training companies in the world.
Mr. Murphy and his team produced books, videos and audio programs starring Mr. Hopkins that helped millions of people achieve higher incomes around the world. Mr. Murphy sold his interest in the company in 1996 to pursue business interests with his family. Today he pursues his passion for projects in which he can use his skills to help others do better in life. Mr. Murphy and his wife live on the central coast of California and Scottsdale Arizona. He and his wife Connie have a son, two daughters and five grand children.
JD McLelland, Executive Vice President and VP of Product and Media
With a successful background in advertising and media, corporate and product branding, and internet media & marketing, JD McLelland is recognized for his integrity experience in ensuring success in an ever changing world of technology and media. JD has a strong history of success developing and maintaining winning solutions for midsize to Fortune 500 companies in all areas of media, marketing, and branding.
JD has recently relocated from the Southern California area, leaving the advertising agency world to join the iLearning Global team where he heads up all technology development and strategy, as well as branding and marketing operations.
Boyd C. Matheson President
Boyd brings a lifetime of experience as an author, speaker, consultant, coach and strategist to this assignment. He is the past vice president of Dr. Denis Waitley’s Institute and was instrumental in the development of the first tele-coaching programs in the late 80s. He also developed a coaching program for Zig Ziglar. Boyd spent five years as the director of corporate communication for Symantec and was instrumental in driving their brand, culture and communication transformation. His consulting company, Trillium Strategies, has worked with companies large and small around the world. Boyd is known as the ultimate strategist and a true thought leader in the entrepreneur and small business consulting space.
In January of this year Boyd engaged with iLearningGlobal and became the architect of the revolutionary E.D.G.E Business Training Program for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
